LODO BOOTH, LLC – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total balance is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the retainer and signed agreement.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may transfer the retainer to a future date (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will forfeit all payments made.

3. Venue Requirements

  • Client must provide safe, level ground with at least 8 ft x 8 ft x 8 ft of space, access to a grounded 120V power outlet, and protection from weather (indoor or properly covered outdoor setup).

  • Client is responsible for any venue restrictions that prevent setup or operation.

4. Setup & Operation

  • LODO BOOTH, LLC staff will arrive 60–90 minutes prior to the event for setup.

  • Time lost due to venue restrictions, late access, or power issues will not extend the contracted booth time.

  • Overtime is available at $125 per hour, payable before additional time begins.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to equipment by guests, venue staff, or vendors.

  • LODO BOOTH, LLC carries general liability insurance up to $2,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage.

  • LODO BOOTH, LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage unrelated to its equipment or staff negligence.

  • In the event of equipment malfunction, liability is limited to a pro-rated refund of unused time.

6. Photos & Usage

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LODO BOOTH, LLC retains the right to use event photos for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes.

  • Clients and guests are granted personal use rights to digital and printed images but may not use them for commercial resale without permission.

7. Guest Behavior

  • LODO BOOTH, LLC reserves the right to stop services if guests act in a way that threatens staff safety or damages equipment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Force Majeure

  • LODO BOOTH, LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, strikes, illness, or government restrictions). In such cases, all payments may be applied to a rescheduled date.

9. Agreement

  • By booking LODO BOOTH, LLC, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
